Privacy and personal data
One Buy uses personal data to sell, deliver, and protect digital products. Creators access only the data needed for their own business, and buyers have clear ways to request support and review.
What data we use
- • Identification and contact: name, email, phone number, and information provided at checkout or to support.
- • Purchase and access: product purchased, order status, enrollment, progress, certificate, and support requests.
- • Technical data: IP address, device, browser, visit source, UTMs, and events needed for security, fraud prevention, and metrics.
How we use it
- • Process orders, grant access to content, and send transactional communications about purchases, access, and support.

- • Full card details are not stored by One Buy; processing is handled by the configured payment providers.
- • Files, lessons, and images remain private when required; temporary links are generated only for authorized users.
- • Webhooks and scheduled jobs may process purchase, delivery, and support events to keep operations synchronized.
Rights and contact
Requests for access, correction, deletion, portability, or clarification should be made through the creator’s support channel or the student area. If a request concerns a specific sale, we may need to verify the purchase before changing data or access.
