How the platform organizes the sale, delivery and access to digital products.
The role of One Buy
One Buy provides tools for creators to organize offers, checkout, content delivery, the student area, support and financial records. The creator supplies the content, defines the commercial offer and is responsible for the information, promises, support for their own audience and tax obligations related to the sale.
Purchase, access and delivery
Access to the product is granted after payment is confirmed by the selected payment method. If a payment is reversed, refunded, declined or disputed, access may be reviewed to protect the buyer, student and creator.
Account and security
Buyers must use accurate information and protect their access. Links, codes, sessions and files must not be shared with third parties. One Buy may block attempts that are abusive, automated or inconsistent with a legitimate purchase.
Payments, refunds and disputes
The price, installments and specific conditions appear in the creator’s offer before purchase. Online purchases are subject to a right of withdrawal within 7 days under applicable law. Refund requests follow the published policy, are recorded in the purchase case record and are only completed financially when the payment method confirms the refund.
Responsible use
The platform must not be used for content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, infringes third-party rights or attempts to bypass access, security, payment or delivery restrictions.
