Refunds and cancellation
One Buy records requests, keeps the purchase record and tracks payment confirmation. Online purchases carry a right of withdrawal within 7 days under applicable law; the refund is completed when the payment gateway confirms the reversal.
This English version is provided for convenience. Amounts are in Brazilian reais (R$) and, in case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
How it works
1. Legal deadline
For online purchases, consumers may withdraw within 7 days. The request must be linked to the purchase in the student area.
2. Open a request
Sign in to the student area and submit the request with the purchase, the reason and any details needed for review and processing.
3. Processing
When the request is eligible, One Buy records the decision and, where the gateway allows it, requests the reversal through the integration of the account that received the payment.
4. Gateway confirmation
A refund is only considered complete when the payment method confirms the return of funds.
What happens to access
Once the gateway confirms the refund, access to the product may be revoked and the order is shown as refunded, reversed or disputed, according to the event received.
For sales by external creators, the payment may go to the creator's Mercado Pago account. In those cases, One Buy uses the authorization connected by the creator to request the reversal when an integration is available; if the gateway requires manual action, the request stays open until confirmation.
In case of a chargeback or dispute, One Buy keeps technical and financial records for audit. Partial refunds and multi-party splits depend on specific commercial rules and are not promised by this policy.
Never send a full card number, password or access code by message. Use the student area so the request stays linked to the right purchase.
